3D MODEL OF EXISTING BUILDING & STREETSCAPE

Our 3D modelling service transform existing drawings in accordance to the plans from Adelaide City Archive or on-site measurement to precise, illustrative visual 3D model that can allow architects to continue the design freely.

With a strong focus on accuracy and details, we have partnered with the architect, real estate agent and property developer for modelling. Our service also extends beyond building modelling to include streetscape modelling, offering valuable context within the surrounding environment.

BUILDING CONSENT FOR OUTBUILDINGS

We can also help our clients to apply for the Council/Encumbrance permit such as:

- Tree removal permit

- Verandah/patio 

- Fencing re-design application

- Landscape & driveway layout re-design application

- Crossover permit

- Garage/carport/shed addition permit

- Enclosure of Alfresco or carport

We always endeavour to explore new ways to optimsise your living space or crafting a space to generate an extra income for you. 

We have a wide range of 60 granny flat, cabana to choose from. With a deep passion for designing and building functional, we will customise the design to embody purposes, elevate lifestyles and create a timeless as well as thoughtfully living space. We will also ensure that all granny flat/cabana complies with the Council regulation and Australian Standards for approval.

RENOVATIONS & EXTENSIONS TO EXISTING DWELLING

With our experience in home renovations and extensions, we always try to make every renovating job a smart investment with minimum stress to the client. All of the renovated and extended parts of your house are carefully crafted, considered and designed to achieve personalised space, optimised fuctionality, boosting your property value as well as keeping all extension within budget.

For us, no extension or renovation is too small. You can rest assure that even a small addition to your home such as a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or sunroom are well designed by us and approved by the Council.

We can tailor an existing dwelling on a single block into semi-detached dwellings or 'hammerhead' subdivision. With the intense knowledge in the construction industry and thorough collaboration with the client, we can ensure that your dream home can be delivered within your budget.   

YOUR JOURNEY TO DREAM HOME

STEP 1

CONCEPT DESIGN

We will conduct a meeting to understand your brief, exploring your site. Following our meeting, you will collaborate with us on through collective thinking, various options of floor plan and precedence. We will refine our design based on your feedback and continuously explore until you satisfy and within your budget.

STEP 2

APPROVALS

Our commitment extends beyond the design phase as we seamlessly manage the entire approvals for your project. We will coordinate with the third parties including engineer, council, private certifier and consultants to finalise all application prior to construction. We have to ensure that your house complies with all council regulation & standards.

STEP 3

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Your dream home will have to go though the working drawings for more details and ensure that the design can be buildable. The extent of information for building and tendering is flexible and can be decided if needed. Once the design and documentation is finalised, you will have sufficient details for your builder tendering.
